RECENT EXPANSION NEWS...

4/25/12:  The steel is in!!  The expansion will begin taking shape this week.  Next on the list is the framing, beginning next week.  We anticipate opening the new wellness center and all the amenities that go with it in late September or early October!!  We still have a shortfall in fundraising.  Buy your brick now, name a room, or just give what you can afford!  Our Y is making a huge impact in this community, but we can surely do MORE!

What our expansion will offer...

The Edison Branch YMCA is adding 6000 square feet of space that includes  an additional wellness center, a mind and body studio, adult locker rooms, a multipurpose classroom, a personal training studio, a cycling room, staff offices and centrally located bathrooms to support our large school age child care program!

What Can You Do To Help?

WE ARE STILL $400,000 SHORT of our $1.7 million dollar goal. Join our list of donors and help us get to goal by pledging a 5 year donation (minimum $1000) or buy a BRICK ONLINE for our family wall ($500). 

Did You Know?

In the past year the Edison Branch YMCA has provided nearly $100,000 of scholarship funding and membership assistance to more than 50 families and individuals, right here in our own community. Because of people like you, we were able to provide opportunities that improve our community's health and well-being, activities that bring families closer together and programs that empower young people to find success.
