The MEY Manta Rays Swim Team is open to boys and girls ages  6-18 years of age and competes in the NJ YMCA Swim League with several dual meet teams as well as in the US Swimming meets throughout the East Coast Region. We field one boys, one girls and one co-ed team in various divisions. Team members are organized into eight training groups based on an evaluation of individual ability by our experienced coaching staff. The MEY Swim Team is a full year program broken into three sessions. Fall/Winter, Spring and Summer. The season begins in September with evaluations and practice group assignments. Our focus is on developing stroke technique, discipline, and team spirit. As members of the " Manta Ray Team" our swimmers establish lasting friendships, develop self-esteem, and a sense of responsibility through goal setting.
