In Y child care programs, every child is treated as an individual, learning through hands on activities in an age appropriate environment. We provide opportunities for self expression through social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language development, while stimulating young minds to bring greater understanding, awareness and curiosity. Our center utilizes Creative Curriculum to create purposeful and productive experiences that help children grow in all areas of development and the CATCH program to incorporate healthy habits of physical fitness and good nutritional choices, as part of our programs. The Fords Child Care Center offers before and afterschool care, kindergarten care, vacation care and snow daycare. A program for students from Fords Middle School is also available.
The Fords Child Care Center also offers summer day camp for children ages 3-10 years for 9 weeks during the summer of 2012, June 25-August 24.
At 3.5 years old, Darlene Fung's first experience with swimming was during a California vacation. She excitedly walked across the beach holding hands with her mom and dad.
