Teen - Swim Lessons

Swimming is a vital skill that makes life safer and more fun. Understanding water safety and how to swim minimizes the risk of drowning while building self-reliance, self-confidence, and fitness abilities. We offer swim lessons for children ages 3 years to 14 years. All ability levels are welcome.

Swim lessons are tailored to the child’s age, swimming ability, level of physical development and confidence in the water. Participants advance as they become more skilled.

  • Teen & Adult-Beginner Swim Lessons (Ages 13+ years)

    Emphasis is on teaching the basics of swimming and water adjustment.
Intermediate Swim Lessons (Ages 18+ years)
  • Intermediate Swim Lessons (Ages 18+ years)

    Emphasis is on improvement of strokes, breathing and cardiovascular endurance. 45 minute class.

  • Safety Around Water

    Free 1 week , Ages 3-18 are welcome to come Monday through Friday from 4:30-5:30pm.  Students will learn about boat safety and proper behavior in & around water.
