Karate (Ages 7+ years)
Instructor is a black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate, blends traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate training and martial arts philosophy with modern self-defense and fitness in a disciplined and structured, yet very fun, atmosphere. Students develop greater self-confidence and ability to concentrate while building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and improved cardiovascular conditioning. Students begin as white belts and progress through colored belt ranks as they achieve greater proficiency. Ask for details on uniform.

Youth and Teen Fitness
Get ready to break a sweat, work out to your favorite music, and HAVE FUN while exercising! It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits! Our new youth fitness program is designed to inspire an early love for sports and fitness that will serve as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Led by trained Youth Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer, Ara McKay, children and teens will learn... Safe stretching techniques, how to structure a workout, and strength training routines that will increase endurance and muscle mass for any sport or overall fitness. The class will wrap up with a fitness orientation, introducing participants on how to use cardiovascular and strength machines safely!

    Mondays-5:00pm-6:00pm  for Grades- 6th-8th

    Strong Girls (ages 13-17 years)
    A safe place for young girls to come together with their pals, make new friends, and talk with role models and each other about whatever's on their mind -- all while staying ACTIVE and EXERCISING with a personal trainer! Teen girls will learn about various fitness equipment including weights and TRX! This NEW program is great for girls to make friends and socialize, while learning to always be mindful of their health and wellness.

Soccer (Ages 5+)
This a fun way for your child to learn an exciting sport.  We will teach the fundamentals of soccer and have fun in game situations.

Emphasis is placed on learning fundamentals of basketball while having a great time with friends.  Develop individual skills of dribbling, shooting, and passing.

    Using our equipment the instructor will guide beginners of all ages to develop skills from range safety to accuracy through fun interactive archery exercises.
Snag Golf (Ages 5+)
A fun and easy way for children of all ages to learn golf. This curriculum builds the fundamentals of putting, chipping, pitching and full swing to develop playing ability quickly and effectively.

Game, Set, Match! Learn all about tennis, build skills, and play modified matches. Follows USTA Curriculum.

Young athletes are welcome to come and learn about a multitude of track and field events.  Participants (depending on age) will learn short distance sprints, middle distance, hurdles, cross country, relays, and more.
