Youth and Teen Fitness
Get ready to break a sweat, work out to your favorite music, and HAVE FUN while exercising! It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits! Our new youth fitness program is designed to inspire an early love for sports and fitness that will serve as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Led by trained Youth Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer, Ara McKay, children and teens will learn... Safe stretching techniques, how to structure a workout, and strength training routines that will increase endurance and muscle mass for any sport or overall fitness. The class will wrap up with a fitness orientation, introducing participants on how to use cardiovascular and strength machines safely!

    The Kids Triathlon class is a great way to promote a lifelong passion for physical activity. With three fun sports- swimming, biking and running triathlons offer kids the chance to learn a variety of exercise skills while having fun! We look to enhance fitness skills with the larger goal of developing self-esteem, teamwork, goal setting, and self-discipline.  This Youth Program will be both an introduction to sport for beginners and a challenge for the serious competitor.
