Counselor-IN-Training Camp (Grades 9-10)
The CIT program is a great way to continue the camp experience while developing leadership skills and building self-confidence for campers who have aged-out of traditional day camp programs. This 4-week CIT program is offered in two sessions and is designed for campers entering 9th and 10th grades in the Fall. CITs help camp build a strong support team to help children make new friends, assist with projects, lead special events, implement daily programs, provide guidance to campers with counselor support, and experience hands-on learning to develop the essential leadership skills necessary to work with children in a camp setting.
