Barre Sculpt Fitness Class
Barre us a unique blend of yoga, pilates, and strength training, all centered around traditional ballet barre drills. Within this class you will lengthen and tone your muscles, while improving your posture and balance.

Small Group Training- Parkinson's
Knockout PD is a 10 week program that will combine various modes of exercise, including non-contact boxing, that have demonstrated success in suppressing and even reversing symptoms associated with Parkinson?s Disease. Participants will perform exercises that help to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
Cancer is a life-changing disease that takes a tremendous physical and emotional toll on those affected. The YMCA and Livestrong have joined together to create LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCA, a physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health.

Participants work with YMCA staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals such as increased strength, balance, flexibility and endurance and improving confidence and self esteem. By focusing on the whole person and not the disease, LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCA is helping people move beyond cancer in spirit, mind and body.

We offer a 12 week program that consists of an exercise program and a support group. This program is free to cancer survivors and will include a 12 week Full Facility membership. Participants are encouraged to bring a support person.

Private Yoga Classes

Enhance Fitness

Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise program for older adults that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active throughout their life. Each class session includes cardiovascular, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises and the fostering of strong social relationships between participants. Low-intensity physical activity has been proven to reduce pain, help with weight control, improve functioning and elevate mood. Class meets three times per week for 60 minutes. In each class, a trained YMCA Enhance Fitness Instructor will provide exercises to improve cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.

  • Tighten & Tone (Ages 18+ years)

    This Small Group Training class will help tone and sculpt your body to provide defining muscles. 
  • TRX Boot Camp (Ages 18+ years)

    Mix strength and cardio movements on the TRX Suspension Trainer, mixed with other select equipment and full body functional movements. 
  • Kickboxing

    This classes utilizes upper and lower body kickboxing moves to provide general strength and conditioning to participants and also demonstrates proper technique.

  • TRX Suspension Training

    This class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer for a core-engaging and challenging bodyweight workout to tone the body and build overall strength.

    Our Personal Training 10-Packs are our most flexible Personal Training options!     Train with a friend or family member! A certified Personal Trainer will work with you and a partner at the same time.
