DEB'S APPROACH

I have always been athletic and played softball and basketball throughout my life. I found a love of fitness through my own journey after having children. By sharing my experiences, I am able to help others achieve their fitness goals. Adapting a healthy lifestyle can be hard at times and I understand the struggles associated with it. I am committed to working side by side with my clients so that together we can set goals, overcome any challenges and celebrate the successes. I especially enjoy working with women to help overcome their fears of lifting weights and feeling comfortable in the weight room. 

In my spare time I enjoy running, lifting weights, obstacle course racing, hiking, spinning, the beach, the Yankees and most importantly, spending time with my family.
