Personal Training

  • Dual Personal Training

    A certified Personal Trainer will work with you and a partner simultaneously. Both partners take turns training and spotting with an emphasis on education and technique.

Small Group Training
Want to learn how to box while getting an unbeatable cardio, strength, and core workout?
With this 7-week program, you'll be taught the basic mechanics of the "sweet science" by former Penn State boxer, Hannah Thomas, while pushing yourself physically and mentally.
This is non-contact class that utilize punching mitts and heavy bags.

Group Exercise (Ages 12+)
Everyone from ages 12 through adult are welcome in our regularly scheduled Group Exercise classes and they're FREE with your full facility membership! See our Group Exercise schedule for more information!
Teen Small Group Training (Ages 12-17)
Benefit from working closely with one of our certified Personal Trainers to work towards your goals in a small group environment. Space is limited to 8 participants for each class. See our Small Group Training Schedule for more information.

    An introduction to strength training for teens ages 12-17 years old that will build a foundation of fitness knowledge and technique. Classes meet on the strength side of our Wellness Center.
  • Teen Sports Conditioning (Ages 13-17)

    An all-sports strength and conditioning class for the teen athlete to improve their game or stay on top of it in the off-season. They will build strength, speed and agility for overall improved athletic performance. Classes meet on the turfed Functional Fitness Zone in our Wellness Center.

    Considering the help of a Personal Trainer and wondering if it's right for you? This is a one-time deal for our members who are completely new to Personal Training with us. Purchase three 1-hour sessions to use within one month of purchase for just $99!

    Personal Training Programs are designed to keep you on track to get there faster! When you enroll in a one of our programs, you're making the ultimate commitment to your health and fitness goals. Programs are available in 1-month, 3-month and 6-month lengths. The longer you commit, the more likely you are to be successful and the more you save per session!

  • Personal Training 10-Pack

    Our Personal Training 10-Packs are our most flexible Personal Training options! Purchase 10 individual sessions in either 30-minute or 1-hour durations to use when your schedule allows within 6 months of purchase. Please email our Healthy Living Director, Annmarie Sabovick at annmarie.sabovick@ymcaofmewsa.org to make your first appointment.
  • Dual Personal Training

    Train with a friend or family member! A certified Personal Trainer will work with you and a partner at the same time. You will both train together addressing your technique and level of performance.  Dual Personal Training is available in 1-month, 3-month and 6-month programs as well as 10-session flexible packages.
