Instructor is a black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate, blends traditional Shaolin Kempo Karate training and martial arts philosophy with modern self-defense and fitness in a disciplined and structured, yet very fun, atmosphere. Students develop greater self-confidence and ability to concentrate while building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and improved cardiovascular conditioning. Students begin as white belts and progress through colored belt ranks as they achieve greater proficiency. Ask for details on uniform.
In our COOKING classes, students will be introduced to basic recipes, simple kitchen tasks, safety and hygiene standards, cleanliness, measurements, time management, manners, portion control -- and more!

Family Group Exercise (Ages 8+)
We offer specially designated family-friendly Group Exercise classes for children ages 8-11 or ages 10-11 while accompanied by a participating adult
