Youth - Sports

Encourage your child to be active and enroll them in the many sports activities we offer.  Nurturing your child to be active early in life will establish life-long healthy habits.  Participants will develop physical and mental skills, improve self-confidence, appreciate diversity, and build self-esteem and discipline. Emphasis is placed on age and ability specific skill development from learning the fundamentals of basketball to elite high school level training.

    Train with Tyler Armstrong in a small group environment to take your high school game to the next level. This class is limited to just 5 participants.

    Individualized and designed to focus on the athlete's goals, this one on one private basketball skill development training with Tyler Armstrong is available in flexible packages of 4 or 8 45-minute sessions that can be scheduled on a day and time that works for both athlete and trainer.
