I’ve been active for the majority of my life, but it wasn’t until 2004 that I began exercising in a gym and it was one of the greatest decisions I could have ever made. I decided to become a personal trainer to help others climbing the mountain to reaching their own goals. Nothing is more rewarding than watching the positive progression in my clients’ attitudes and conditioning.
I believe that one’s mind can give out before one’s body can. I use a “toothpaste” analogy in exercise where every little bit left counts. I motivate my clients to get more reps in where they normally would not. The road to achieving goals begins with the will to succeed!
