Fitness is something I fell in love with in my late teens and I quickly became aware of how it can help physically, emotionally and spiritually. It's something we all share to some degree and have access to. We can admire the beauty of movement and the human body, enjoy the heat and power we generate or just get lost in the meditation and focus. There are so many aspects to explore and I've been lucky to share many experiences with so many wonderful people. I hope to continue to create and foster a community of like minded and caring people.
