I’ve been passionate about fitness ever since I was in middle school and have been exercising since I was fourteen years old. I became a personal trainer to share my passion with other people and help them reach their goals.
A favorite focus of mine is tempo training. Tempo is a technique that requires pausing and slowing the weights throughout their movements for improved strength gains.
My goal as your trainer will be to teach you the necessary skills and techniques of weight training while getting you to where you want to be. I’m also very excited about teaching teenagers on how to lift weights properly and safely, because I recall how difficult it was for me to first learn on my own.
